Just wrote a reply to "Last Train To Satansville Promo" thread and so I went and threw it on for a listen. Didn't want to Swerve off the topic of that thread too much, so I started this one. Anyways getting to the point now. When listening to "Cars Converge on Paris" there is a repeating tamborine shuffle throughout the tune, it sounds to me like the same sample as the one in "Duress". Anybody else ever pick up on that? The boys were having some fun in the studio that day I bet. Jez, Mr. Tamborine Man, are you out there??

If I remember correctly somebody pointed out that the rhythm track that you hear at the start of Cars Converge is actually a slowed-down sample of a Suicide song intro - can't remember which song though

HOLY SHIT! You're right, and I never ever noticed until just now. It's the beginning of "Girl" from the first Suicide LP slowed down.
