Due to the nature of this song being fuzzed out and incredibly complicated, 
probably due to the vast amount of overdubs used when recording (I'd Wager). 
The parts that are tabbed out are the parts that my ears could pick up on.
It will give you an idea of how the song goes and with enough distortion and 
wah i'm sure you and another guitarist could pull it off nicely.

Chorus

For this bit the two guitar parts are shown in a synchronised fashion. 
Guitar1 does the main riff while guitar2 hits the three chords and lets 
the C5 ring out (again guitar2 is slightly off beat,so you will have to 
listen out for it). Guitar1 then mutes the main riff while the C5 chord from
guitar2 is ringing out, then guitar1 switch on the wah and back off the 
treble completley and play thenotes shown, while guitar2 bends the note 
on the 13th fret up and down quite quickly. It's hard to hear what exactly
is going on, but it should work out fine.
