Guitar1 does the main riff while guitar2 hits the three chords and lets the C5 ring out (again guitar2 is slightly off beat,so you will have to listen out for it). Guitar1 then mutes the main riff while the C5 chord from guitar2 is ringing out, then guitar1 switch on the wah and back off the treble completley and play thenotes shown, while guitar2 bends the note on the 13th fret up and down quite quickly. It's hard to hear what exactly is going on, but it should work out fine.
