Adam played another incredible show last night at NYC’s Fez, which, with each show Adam plays there, proves to be a great venue to see and hear live acoustic music. However, characterizing Adam’s solo shows as merely “acoustic music” does them a severe injustice. His songs are much more than typical singer/songwriter performances or unplugged versions of rock songs. They are skillfully crafted compositions that, at the same time, are spontaneous and ever evolving. Mixing up his set with Swervedriver classics, Toshack Highway gems and an eclectic assortment of covers, Adam keeps his audience listening intensely to every beat. If you have any chance at all to make one of these upcoming shows, do whatever you can to get there. You will see and hear something special.
