I know this is a bit of a long shot but i know theres a few Mac users on here and you guys are usually pretty helpful and responsive. I just installed a security update on my machine which has added a new profile for osx and has locked me out of my old one, though all of my files are still on the drive it seems to have restored factory settings. i don’t want to ring technical support because my warranty has run out and its expensive and i don’t want to start re-installing everything if its unecessary (it’ll take a long time). Does anyone have any idea how to sort it out! (Currently writing from an old PC as Mac won’t connect to the internet!)Has anyone else had this problem?
