We all know of the relationship swervedriver music has to do with reflecting the nature and influence of modern (capitalist) life and many aspects of its beauty-horror etc, and there is definitely a well documented “cinematic” quality to the swervedriver sound,..so (getting to the question) what motion picture would the band swervedriver or the solo artist/collaberator Adam Franklin be most suited to do an epic musical tribute to?
My suggestions :
= “Taxi Driver” 1976 with Robert DeNiro[
]
= “The Car” 1977 Elliot Silverstein[}
]
= “Driving Miss Daisy” (sorry not this one, only joke’n![:o)])
