i was watching vieuphoria the other week and grinned when there was a bit of footage of them touring with swervedriver supporting, it was just a sign, but still cool

incidentally i think vieuphoria is one of the best band/music videos from the 90’s on.. hadn’t seen it in over a decade.. it has it all, great performance footage, and its actually quite funny, reveals a cool side of them most are unaware of..

i agree with them having run their natural course, its evident with their last album.. sure they probably could have kept on another 2-3 albums just like it and there are some great songs on machina II, but the magic between them as four members was radically changed from what made them great in the 90’s… which is where they belong…

swervedriver reforming i would imagine would be a bit unrealistic, but reforming is just so hot right now…

yeh short of a really good amp like an ac30 i don’t mind the os-2.. i use an od-2 atm tho, its a bit more subtle, and has a lot of variety..

my gf had to interview grohl the other week so i’ve been subjected to it for a few days.. i don’t mind the foos, i would never choose to listen to them but y’know, grohl has his place.. but his idea of an acoustic cd and a rock cd is pretty funny. the rock cd is almost entirely shouting, its kind of ridiculous.
