Right now I’m on a diet plan from a clinic. I’m felling better and losing pounds already. Six pack of abs, here I come!
i think if i were in your position i would try and lay-off the beer and weed for awhile, not that u smoke and drink, but it can make u kick up a pretty good appetite if u know what i mean. i remember one year i wanted to lose a few pounds, so i ended up dressing unusually warm in the summertime so that i would sweat even though i was’nt exercising and it actually helped quite a bit.

I talked to the dude from the printers today and he said for a black t shirt he could do a photo negative print of the design. He would use white ink instead of the black ink so the black bits turn out white and the white bits come out black. Could be quite groovy! It costs and extra $7 US ($10Aus) as a one off charge so if a few are keen it might not cost much more. Let me know if you want to change to that one, anyone.
